Today, many individuals have started to show more concern about their health. As the rate of sickness is increasing, people bother about avoiding it or coming out of it as soon as possible. But they don’t understand the root cause of their sickness. Having a clear understanding about it leads us to have a healthy life style. Currently, we are forced to face lots of problems – employment, marriage and children and so on that makes our life highly stressful. This condition leads to sickness. Hence, if we want to have a healthy life style, we must learn to handle stress rather than letting stress defeat us.

Drinking and smoking are believed stress relievers by many individuals and thus they drink / smoke in order to get rid of stress created by day to day problems. It doesn’t help us in anyway. Instead, it creates more problems. Next, we have to choose and eat the right food. When we drink 8 glasses of water daily and eat lots of fruits and vegetables, it makes us healthy. 

What you consume determines how healthy you are. Try playing outdoor games like badminton, basket ball etc. instead of spending more time in computer games and playing PS3. This will help you have a healthy relationship as well as maintain a healthy life style. You will feel and look great once you maintain your healthy lifestyle.
