Eat antioxidant foods to stay healthy

There are various ways to stay healthy and appearing young. You need to follow the right diet, have adequate sleep, exercise regularly and have an optimistic attitude. Rich antioxidant foods make you look young and stay healthy.

Health experts report that antioxidants are nutrients or substances that assist to slow down or prevent oxidative damage. Once our body cells utilize O2, they frequently generate free radicals that are capable of damaging healthy cells, including fats and protein. Antioxidants hunt these free radicals often to avoid the potential damage. Diseases like heart disease, macular degeneration, cancer and diabetes are often brought by oxidative damages made by those free radicals.
